Pakistan made rare changes in the squad against England | (W.T.C)

Fawad and babar

A squad of 18 players has been announced by Pakistan for a three-match World Test Championship series against England & New Zealand.

  • Some prominent names such as Fawad Alam(Batsman), Yasir shah(Leg-Spinner), Hassan Ali & Shaheen Afridi(Fast bowlers) do not include in the 18-playing squad so far.
  • After a continuous bad performance since 2022, scoring only 58 runs in 4 test matches. Finally, Fawad Alam is no more in the 18-playing squad. He already enjoyed 2021's best performance scoring 571 runs in 9 test matches.
  • Also, Hassan Ali was taken only five wickets in the last 4 Test matches and dropped from the 18-playing squad.
  • The uncapped players such as M. Ali (Fast bowler) and Abrar Ahmed Mystery(Leg-Spinner) also be included in an 18-players squad. In my opinion, they made a solid impact on World Test Championship.
